We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce & Data Cloud Consultant/Developer to support AI-driven CRM transformation initiatives for Salesforce implementation at PenFed Credit Union. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce integrated with Salesforce Data Cloud to enable personalized member engagement, service automation, and real-time customer insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem technologies including Agentforce, Data Cloud (Data 360), Apex, Flows, APIs, and Einstein AI capabilities. Financial services or banking domain experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered Agentforce solutions for customer service, member onboarding, and support automation.

• Configure and manage Salesforce Data Cloud including:
• Data ingestion
• Identity resolution
• Data harmonization
• Unified customer profiles
• Segmentation and activation
• Develop Agentforce Topics, Actions, Instructions, Prompt Templates, and Guardrails.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external enterprise systems.
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
• Implement Einstein Trust Layer controls including masking, audit logging, grounding, and governance.
• Create Calculated Insights and advanced SQL-based transformations in Data Cloud.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI use cases and automation opportunities.
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices aligned with banking/financial regulations.
• Support deployment, testing, production release, and performance optimization.

• Prior banking, credit union, or financial domain exposure preferred.
