This role sits within the Finance Technology function and focuses on designing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise financial systems built on IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). The Senior Manager, Financial Systems will partner closely with Finance and Technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that support planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

This role sits within the Finance Technology function and focuses on designing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise financial systems built on IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). The Senior Manager, Financial Systems will partner closely with Finance and Technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that support planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering ideally within financial systems or related technical roles
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics 2.0
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with TM1Py and REST APIs
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and PowerShell
- Advanced expertise in Data modeling and data warehousing
- Strong TM1 technical skills, including:
- Rules and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes
- Security configuration
- Websheets and workspace UI development
- Ongoing model maintenance and optimization
- Corporate finance knowledge, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience working with ERP systems and relational/non-relational data stores
- Proven ability to design and deliver formal training programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
