Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SPM Data Integration Specialist with strong expertise in SAP Incentive Management, Data Integration Add-On (DIAO), and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP SPM implementations, HANA migrations, and data integration processes while working in collaborative onsite-offshore delivery environments.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of IT experience with Sales Performance Management (SPM) projects.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Data Integration Add-On (DIAO).
• At least one end-to-end SAP SPM to HANA migration experience.
• Execute and monitor data pipelines, analyze outputs, identify payment discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Strong experience with Data Integration setup in SAP Incentive Management.

Solid understanding of:

• ProducerPro
• Agent Lifecycle Management
• Incentive Management Admin DB repository tables
• Experience writing advanced SQL queries and stage hooks.
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with integration using XDL.
• SAP Certification in:
• SAP Incentive Management
• ProducerPro / Agent Lifecycle Management

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP SPM data integration processes.
• Execute and optimize data pipelines for incentive management systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies impacting payments.
• Support migration activities from SAP SPM to HANA environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and support.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely project delivery.
