Job Title: Pega Robotics Automation Test Engineer

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

Test Automation Engineer with hands‑on experience in Pega Robotics / OpenSpan and testing frameworks to design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for enterprise applications.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Pega Robotics automation
Build reusable and modular automation components for functional, regression, and integration testing
Automate workflows and validate RPA processes built using Pega Robotics
Create test data, test cases, and test scenarios aligned with business requirements.
Execute automated test cases and analyze results to ensure system stability and quality.
Ensure testing best practices, including version control and documentation standards.
Prepare test summary reports, defect logs, and root cause analysis (RCA).

Required Skills:

5–8 years of experience in Test Automation, with strong hands‑on experience in Pega Robotics / OpenSpan
Experience designing and validating automation workflows using Pega Robotics Studio
Hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment
Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus.

Required Education: At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.

Necessary Skills: Pega Robotics, RPA, OpenSpan.
