Job Title: Pega Robotics Automation Test Engineer

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Test Automation Engineer with hands‑on experience in Pega Robotics / OpenSpan and testing frameworks to design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for enterprise applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Pega Robotics automation
• Build reusable and modular automation components for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Automate workflows and validate RPA processes built using Pega Robotics
• Create test data, test cases, and test scenarios aligned with business requirements.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results to ensure system stability and quality.
• Ensure testing best practices, including version control and documentation standards.
• Prepare test summary reports, defect logs, and root cause analysis (RCA).

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of experience in Test Automation, with strong hands‑on experience in Pega Robotics / OpenSpan
• Experience designing and validating automation workflows using Pega Robotics Studio
• Hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus.

Required Education:  At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.

Necessary Skills: Pega Robotics, RPA, OpenSpan.
