Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and technically hands-on Data Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data products, with a strong focus on product discovery, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution.

This role requires someone who combines deep data engineering knowledge with strong communication and workshop facilitation skills. The ideal candidate must be able to actively lead product development initiatives, communicate effectively with executive and technical stakeholders, and demonstrate prior ownership of successful data product implementations.

We are looking for someone who has directly driven product strategy, discovery, and delivery in partnership with engineering teams.

TOP SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading workshops, discovery sessions, and business discussions
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering data products end-to-end
  • Ability to clearly walk through previous product development examples with active involvement and measurable impact
  • Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related analytical field
  • Master s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in Data Product Management with strong focus on enterprise data initiatives
  • Strong technical background in data engineering and modern data architecture
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile product environments
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and discovery sessions independently

Required Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Data Engineering concepts and technologies
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data Warehousing

    • ETL/ELT Processes
    • CI/CD Pipelines
    • Data Governance & Quality

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and product lifecycle management
  • Strong product discovery, user research, and prototype testing capabilities
