Required Skills

Strong Oracle HCM Cloud techno-functional experience
Modules: Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, ORC (Recruiting), OLC (Learning)
Strong BI Publisher (BIP) reporting with bursting
Experience in Fast Formulas (Payroll, Benefits, ORC, Transformation)
Hands-on HCM Extracts (inbound & outbound troubleshooting)
Experience with HDL / HSDL
Strong PL/SQL (packages, procedures)
Knowledge of ATP Database

Responsibilities

Handle client interactions
Work on production incidents & enhancement tickets
Provide technical leadership and support
