Industrial Engineer
Location: Jeffersonville, IN
Pay Rate: $27.00/hour

Are you an Industrial Engineer who enjoys improving processes, increasing efficiency, and supporting production excellence? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to help optimize manufacturing operations, enhance productivity, and support quality initiatives in a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update SOPs and work instructions
- Conduct time studies and analyze workflow to improve productivity
- Support production line balancing and process optimization
- Assist with new process implementation and continuous improvement projects
- Evaluate process changes and support documentation reviews
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to identify and resolve issues
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support employee training and skills qualification programs
- Assess labor, equipment, machinery, and space requirements for new processes
- Track implementation results and communicate findings to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or process improvement environments preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
