Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in MDM delivery or related leadership roles.
- Experience with Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) platforms such as NextGate or Verato.
- Experience with MDM platforms such as Reltio.
- Knowledge of enterprise identity, householding, relationships, and consent data.
- Understanding of provider data quality, stewardship, and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with location hierarchy, reference data, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of modern engineering practices, automation, and quality controls.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of all Master Data Product initiatives.
- Translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans.
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure delivery priorities align to business outcomes.
- Support enhancements on NextGate and lead planning and execution activities associated with future Verato migration.
- Deliver enhancements supporting enterprise identity, householding, relationships, consent, and future roadmap capabilities.
- Expand platform capabilities to support enterprise-wide use cases.
- Drive enhancements to Provider Master on Reltio.
- Support onboarding of Independent Providers and additional provider domains.
- Improve provider data quality, stewardship, and operational workflows.
- Lead design and delivery of Location Master and Insurance Plan Master capabilities.
- Establish foundational location hierarchy, reference data, and integration patterns.
- Drive modern engineering practices, automation, quality controls, and operational excellence.
- Establish reusable patterns and accelerators across master data domains.
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Master Data Product Management, Data Architecture, and Data Modeling teams.
