Summary

Job Description
The Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst 3 to provide project support to Department Directors and business leadership teams. The selected candidate will deliver consulting services to process and program leaders, analyze business operations, recommend solutions, and assist with resolving complex business and technical issues related to planning, performance measurement, change management, and assessment reviews.
 
This role will also be responsible for day-to-day contract and vendor management activities, procurement support across various business units, and administration of technology applications utilized within Customer Care.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide project support to Department Directors and leadership teams.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop recommendations and alternative solutions for business and technical challenges.
  • Support planning, performance measurement, and change management initiatives.
  • Conduct periodic business assessments and reviews.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract administration activities.
  • Coordinate procurement processes for multiple business units.
  • Support technological applications utilized within Customer Care.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis and total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations.
  • Create reports, spreadsheets, graphs, flowcharts, and business documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address customer and organizational needs.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to the position.
  • 8+ years of experience analyzing data and utilizing reporting software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts to solve complex business problems.
  • 8+ years of experience performing cost-benefit analysis and total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Procurement Lifecycle experience.
  • 3+ years of Financial Systems and Payment Reconciliation experience.
  • 1+ year of Contract Negotiation, contracting tactics, and best practices.
  • 1+ year of experience evaluating emerging technologies, complex contracts, and benchmarking documentation.
  • 2+ years of experience identifying customer needs and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience working effectively with diverse perspectives, cultures, and approaches to achieve organizational goals.
