UiPath Developer Healthcare Domain

Job Description:

We are looking for 2 3 experienced UiPath Developers with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably within the healthcare industry, to support automation initiatives for CVS Health. The ideal candidate should have 4 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using the UiPath platform.

The candidate should have successfully implemented multiple end-to-end RPA solutions and possess strong knowledge of UiPath architecture, orchestration, infrastructure, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Build reusable components and scalable automation frameworks.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, BA teams, QA teams, and infrastructure teams.
• Develop workflows, bots, exception handling mechanisms, and logging frameworks.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator for scheduling, monitoring, and bot management.
• Troubleshoot bot failures, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and audit requirements, especially in healthcare environments.
• Participate in code reviews, peer reviews, and documentation of automation solutions.
• Support production deployments and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on environment setup, VM provisioning, and bot configurations.

Required Skills:

• 4 6 years of hands-on experience with UiPath development.
• Strong experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, and attended/unattended bots.
• Experience implementing multiple RPA projects end-to-end.
• Good understanding of UiPath architecture, licensing, queues, triggers, assets, and environment setup.
• Strong knowledge of exception handling, debugging, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with OCR, document processing, email automation, Excel automation, and web automation.
• Knowledge of APIs, SQL, and integration with third-party applications.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in healthcare or payer/provider environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows such as claims, enrollment, member services, provider management, prior authorization, billing, or customer service processes.
• Experience working with HIPAA-compliant applications and healthcare data security standards.
• UiPath certification is preferred.
• Exposure to other automation or AI tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer preferred.
