About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for an AI-driven open finance platform focused on transforming enterprise and retail banking. This role is ideal for a hunter-style sales professional with experience selling technology solutions to banks.

You will engage financial institutions looking to adopt AI-led, data-driven strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes across customers, products, channels, and real-time engagement.

What You ll Do

Prospect and close new business with Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks and fintechs
Engage stakeholders across digital, product, marketing, analytics, and transformation teams
Drive the sales cycle including demos, proof-of-value, and proposals
Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
Partner with marketing and solution teams to accelerate deal closure

What We re Looking For

8 10 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or analytics sales
Proven hunter profile with new logo acquisition experience
Experience selling technology solutions to banks
Background with a vendor, product, or IT services firm (not bank-side)
Strong understanding of enterprise technology and AI solutions
