The Team:
The Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market intelligence provides buy-side, sell-side, and corporate clients with industry-leading software, data and services.
Our Client Lifecycle & Regulatory Solutions ecosystem is comprised of products that help our customers manage complex compliance & regulatory requirements as well as client lifecycle workflows.
- Client Lifecycle Management: Provides automated and configurable solutions to centralize end-to-end client lifecycle processes for brokers, custodians, corporates, fund admins, buy-sides, investors, and service providers.
- Regulatory Solutions: Suite of solutions helping market participants to make regulatory elections, declarations, and securely permission regulatory information to their trading counterparties.
- Documentation Solutions: Helping clients to manage all aspects of the documentation lifecycle, from creation to data extraction and utilization of that data to increase process automation.
- Outreach 360: Platform designed to tackle the intricate challenges of client outreach and communication essential for regulatory updates, client lifecycle events, due-diligence, and data gathering.
- KYC / Managed Services: Assist clients with scalability challenges, the ability to utilize our Data, Technology, and services to manage complex regulatory engagements
Responsibilities and Impact: - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; ensure user stories align with objectives.
- Develop workflow and process diagrams; troubleshoot technical issues.
- Communicate with clients to interpret and deliver on business and technical needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements and drive business growth.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and develop innovative strategies and solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate agility by pivoting quickly in response to changing market conditions and client demands.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver robust, commercial solutions.
- Author detailed functional specifications and collaborate closely with Commercial, UI/UX, Development, and QA teams.

Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What we're looking for: Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a client onboarding or client lifecycle role within the financial services industry OR 4-6 years as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, preferably in financial markets.
- Background/understanding in financial technologies, with strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of positive client and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work dynamically in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with KYC and regulatory compliance requirements is a plus.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: - Commercial awareness gained within banking, asset management, or broader financial services environments is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, with hands-on Scrum Master experience considered an advantage.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
- Experience with AI/automation-driven compliance solutions.
