Job Title: ETL Lead

Location: Newark, NJ (hybrid – 2/3 days from office)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description

We are looking for a strong ETL Lead with extensive hands-on Informatica development experience to lead ETL development, data integration, and complex data transformation initiatives. This is primarily a hands-on developer role, not a purely managerial or coordination position.

 

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica IICS.

- Expertise in ETL development, mapping, mapplets, workflows, sessions, and transformations.

- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with complex query optimization.

- Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and dimensional modeling.

- ETL performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Experience handling complex data integration and migration projects.

- Ability to lead ETL developers, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance.

- Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping and data quality.
