Power Platform /Automation Lead
(Power Platform, Automate and Copilot Studio Designer)
We need an engineer with manager-level experience who can lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with particular strength in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and building applications that run as tabs inside Microsoft Teams. This person should be able to translate business needs into scalable M365-based solutions, develop conversational and workflow-driven experiences, and ensure the application is deployable, secure, and aligned to enterprise expectations. The role also requires someone who can operate comfortably across solution design, hands-on development, stakeholder coordination, and release support, with the added advantage of understanding how to navigate company risk and approval processes for M365 applications.
