You will be an administrator for the OpManager Plus suite, responsible not just for monitoring, but for the configuration and optimization of the toolset to ensure the visibility of 190+ critical assets.
Key Responsibilities
1. SCADA Network POC & Monitoring (Primary)
Network Lead: Act as the subject matter expert for the SCADA infrastructure, ensuring high availability for all Nexus switches, routers, and UCS chassis.
OpManager Power User: Lead the configuration, dashboarding, and threshold-tuning within OpManager Plus. This includes setting up new IP SLA links, deploying DPI agents, and configuring WMI/SNMP monitors for ESX hosts.
Server & Virtualization Health: Monitor and maintain the availability of IPT Servers, Backup Servers, and Access Control Servers hosted on VMware ESXi.
2. Core Network Flex Support
Data Engineer Collaboration: Assist the Core Data Engineering team with high-level troubleshooting and configuration of the Enterprise Core (Layers 2 and 3).
Infrastructure Scaling: Support the rollout of new Nexus core configurations, VLAN management, and routing protocol updates (OSPF/BGP) as needed.
Load Balancing: Assist in the management and health monitoring of F5 Load Balancers to ensure traffic is distributed efficiently across the core.
3. Voice & IPT Quality Engineering
VoIP Performance: Manage IP SLA links to ensure the SCADA network maintains "toll-quality" voice metrics (MOS, Jitter, Latency).
IPT Maintenance: Handle all MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletions) for the IP Telephony environment and maintain the Voice Gateway Routers.
Deep Packet Analysis: Utilize DPI and NetFlow to perform root-cause analysis on real-time traffic interference, ensuring SCADA control signals are never delayed by voice or data bursts.

Compute: Cisco UCS Chassis and VMware ESX host management.
Voice: Cisco Voice Gateways (CUBE/SRST) and IPT server clusters.
Monitoring Tooling: Direct experience configuring OpManager Plus (ManageEngine) is highly preferred.
Protocols & Skills:
Routing/Switching: Deep understanding of VLANs, Trunking, Spanning Tree, OSPF, and BGP.
Voice Protocols: SIP, RTP, and H.323.
Infrastructure Management: Proficiency in SNMP v2/v3, WMI, and NetFlow analysis.
Desired Skills & Experience -
CCNP (Enterprise or Collaboration) is highly preferred
