We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager / Solution Architect with strong Life Sciences commercial domain expertise, particularly supporting post-drug-launch operations. The ideal candidate combines Salesforce solution knowledge with a strong understanding of how pharmaceutical commercial, patient, HCP, field, and customer-support processes operate after product launch. Oncology experience is highly preferred.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce solution delivery and provide technical/architectural oversight for post-launch pharmaceutical commercial operations.
- Understand end-to-end business processes across Patient Services/Patient Support, HCP Engagement, Customer Support, Field Services and Field Sales.
- Understand field force and sales representative workflows, including territory/account planning, HCP engagement, pre-call planning, call execution, post-call activities and follow-ups.
- Translate commercial and patient-support business requirements into scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
- Assess existing solutions and processes, identify architectural or functional gaps, and challenge whether proposed approaches align with Salesforce best practices and Life Sciences business needs.
- Partner effectively with Commercial, Patient Services, Field Operations, IT, Product Owners, architects, developers and integration/data teams.
- Provide technical project leadership across requirements, solution design, dependencies, risks, delivery and stakeholder communication.
 
Required Experience

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with experience functioning as a Technical Project Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Architect or similar delivery leadership role.
- Strong experience within the pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry, specifically supporting commercial operations after drug launch.
- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and the broader Salesforce ecosystem, ideally including Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data 360 and Agentforce.
- Strong knowledge of HCP/HCO engagement, Patient Services, customer/contact centers, field sales and commercial CRM processes.
- Ability to understand both business processes and technical architecture and independently assess whether a solution is designed and implemented appropriately.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in regulated Life Sciences environments and understanding the interaction between commercial processes, patient support, medical/regulatory requirements and technology.
 
Preferred
 
- Experience supporting Oncology product launches or post-launch commercial operations.
- Experience with patient journeys such as patient enrollment, access/reimbursement, benefits verification, affordability, adherence and ongoing patient support.
- Experience modernizing or transitioning pharmaceutical CRM capabilities to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
- Salesforce architecture and/or Life Sciences Cloud certifications are preferred.
 
Ideal Profile: A strong Salesforce leader who can sit between Commercial Business, Patient Services and Technology—understand how a drug is commercialized and supported after launch, understand how field teams and HCPs operate, and ensure Salesforce solutions are technically sound, scalable and aligned with real-world Life Sciences processes.
