Overview
Syneren Technologies is hiring an IT Sales associate to drive B2B growth by selling cloud services, cybersecurity platforms, and enterprise IT solutions. This role manages the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and builds long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, discovery sessions, product demos, and presentations
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions, proposals, and statements of work aligned to client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle (pipeline creation, forecasting, negotiation, closing, and handoff)
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and activity metrics
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM (notes, next steps, pipeline stages, and forecasts)
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in B2B IT sales (SaaS preferred)
- Demonstrated success meeting quotas and driving revenue growth
- Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on-site in Vienna, VA on a part-time schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree (preferred)
- Experience selling cybersecurity and/or enterprise cloud solutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
- Prior experience selling into SMB, mid-market, or enterprise accounts
