Summary

Job Title: Agentic Platform / XO 11 Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote – United States (Nationwide)

Contract Duration: 6–9 months (with potential extension)

XO Platform V11

Project Objective: Lay the foundation and initial build of new agentic AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture and Design: Provide support with architecture and design of solutions.

Digital and Voice Channels: Offer expertise on digital and voice channels.

Technology Evaluation: Stay up to date with latest technologies and tools and evaluate/select suitable tools and technologies.

Kore.ai Solutions: Provide expertise on:

XO and Agentic platforms

Troubleshooting issues involving Kore solutions

Coordinating with Kore DevOps and providing updates on platform and version fixes/issues

Solution Development:

Build quick Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate solutions

Develop reusable solutions for spinning up new tenants

Migration Support: Assist with migrations from XO 10 to 11 to agentic solutions.

Required Skills and Expertise:

Familiarity with XO and Agentic platforms

Knowledge of digital and voice channels

Experience with architecture and design of solutions

Ability to evaluate and select suitable technologies and tools

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Deliverables:

Well-designed and functional agentic AI solutions

Successful migration from XO 10 to 11 to agentic solutions

Reusable solutions for future tenant deployments

Timely updates on platform and version fixes/issues
