Summary

Remote - Hiring for SAP SD consultant OR Architect with EDI experience - 6 months contract

Seeking an experienced EDI professional to design, implement, and support EDI integrations in an SAP SD environment. The role involves EDI mapping, transaction testing, and troubleshooting issues across development and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain EDI mapping documents based on customer specifications and business requirements
Configure and test EDI transactions using SAP SD documents (orders, deliveries, shipments, invoices)
Perform end-to-end testing of EDI interfaces to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues during development, testing, and post go-live support
Monitor EDI transactions and ensure smooth data exchange with trading partners

Required Skills

Strong experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes
Hands-on experience with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules
Experience in EDI mapping and transaction sets (orders, shipments, invoices)
Knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT – if applicable)
Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
Good understanding of end-to-end SD document flow
