Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives and drive operational improvements. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects that enhance our platform and support our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale initiatives aimed at developing new products and platforms.
• Manage the full lifecycle of key programs, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee migration processes, ensuring systems are built for scalability and efficiency.
• Drive strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs within product development teams.
• Identify and resolve dependencies while tracking progress and managing technical risks.
• Develop standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Skills

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs across multiple teams.
• Technical knowledge of Okta migrations and modern software development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS and modern cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of enterprise security controls and risk management frameworks.
• Experience in creating data-driven narratives for executive-level communication.
