Are you a transformational Quality Engineering leader ready to own enterprise test strategy and build a high-performance QA organization? We’re looking for a QA Director who can scale teams, modernize automation, and embed quality across the SDLC.



What You’ll Own

Test Strategy & Planning
• Lead and evolve enterprise-wide test strategy (functional, regression, automation, integration, performance)
• Establish quality standards, best practices, and KPIs aligned to business outcomes
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to drive quality from design through release
• Champion shift-left testing and CI/CD integration (tools like Selenium, Playwright, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Team Leadership & Organizational Growth
• Lead Managers, Senior Delivery Leads, Test Architects, and cross-functional teams
• Develop multi-layered technical leaders and drive succession planning
• Own performance management, workforce planning, and talent retention
• Build a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Execution & Quality Governance
• Ensure on-time, high-quality test delivery across programs
• Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation
• Deliver data-driven quality insights to executive leadership
• Strengthen QA governance, release readiness, and automation maturity



What We’re Looking For
• Director/Senior Director-level leader with 18+ years in QE/QA/Engineering
• 10+ years leading multi-level technical organizations
• Proven success building and scaling enterprise QA functions
• Strong hands-on automation background (Selenium, Playwright)
• Deep CI/CD knowledge (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills

Nice to Have:
• Cloud testing experience (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
• Performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, k6)
• API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
• Large-scale SaaS or enterprise platform experience
