Job Description:
WalkMe Builder

Location: Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN / Plano, TX - 3 days hybrid on-site

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with product owners and UX specialists to develop and drive the WalkMe strategy.
  • Lead the design, build, and maintenance of WalkMe deployments for internal-facing applications.
  • Develop KPIs and operational metrics for WalkMe deployments.
  • Work across multiple product areas, developing partnerships with Lines of Business and product teams.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document WalkMe capabilities and requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis to solve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience delivering WalkMe solutions or programs within customer organizations or internal departments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of management consulting, strategy consulting, or business operations experience.
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working with enterprise technologies and business content.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing UX research strategies.
  • Experience with digital design, mobile design, or a combination of both, with a focus on user experience.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience building and presenting demo environments for customers.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript.
  • Experience working in a complex, highly regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A BS/BA degree or higher.
