- The eDiscovery Analyst is responsible for working under the auspices of the Electronic Discovery
Reference Model (EDRM) and shall have an understanding of eDiscovery standards. - The eDiscovery Analyst shall be able to demonstrate mastery of the practice of technical eDiscovery for legal professionals and eDiscovery practitioners.
