Your Opportunity The San Francisco office has an opening for a Project Manager across diverse project sectors. The Project Manager role involves both client-facing and team-facing responsibilities and has tremendous growth potential.
Your Key Responsibilities - Preferred experience in the following markets: Academic, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Manufacturing, or Science & Technology;
- Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production and project document delivery;
- Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client;
- Successfully execute projects by following Stantec's and Owner's protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solution;
- Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships;
- Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements;
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team;
- Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals;
QualificationsYour Capabilities and Credentials - Experience with all multiple project sizes, with a concentration in large projects;
- Skilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processes;
- Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants;
- Confident with public speaking and networking;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills;
- Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Available for occasional travel within the US.
Education and Experience A minimum of 10 years' experience in complex projects.
Degree in engineering, architecture or a related field from an accredited university.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

About the TeamPay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
