Sr. Network Architect
Client location: Beachwood, Ohio (Remote is also fine but candidate should be willing to travel)
Looking for Architects Only (C2C Role)
- Experienced Architect on network hardware, software, and protocols, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, VPNs and virtualization technologies and security.
- Architect MUST have core experience with Cisco, Fortinet/FortiGate & Aruba products technology, and VeloCloud/Fortinet SD-WAN technologies.
- Experience with designing and implementing network architectures for medium to large-scale organizations (Thousand network devices).
- Experience working in a merger & acquisition (M&A) of medium/large organization is preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex network issues and design efficient, scalable solutions
- Experience with cloud networking esp. Microsoft Azure, SAAS platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles to protect network integrity and data privacy
- Experience in managing network projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery
- Experience with disaster recovery and capacity planning in coordination with business and enterprise applications
- Has ability to design, maintain HLD/LLD documentation.
- Automation using tools and technologies on network design and management process
- CCIE certification is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills – verbal, listening, written & presentation
