Description

Client is seeking an AI & Data Manager to serve as the Functional Manager on a multi-year cloud data modernization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Information Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master''s degree is preferred.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project for project planning and management.
Experience using data analysis tools such as Alteryx and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Technical Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
Familiarity with Databricks and/or Snowflake for modern data engineering and analytics.
Experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and Agile delivery.

Methodologies & Domain Expertise

Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid software development methodologies.
Understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and enterprise data strategy.
Ability to support data modernization initiatives and drive data management best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading executive-level strategy workshops, data governance sessions, or advisory engagements for government agencies.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks, operating models, and enterprise data policies.
