Must have skills: FHIR Implementation, CMS Compliances, Payer-Provider and PBM experience, Interoperability, Techno Functional who can communicate with stake holders and business team.

• Understanding of FHIR related standards- FHIR core, Implementation guides, Bulk FHIR)

 • Ability to map legacy data to FHIR

 • API Architecture: RESTful API design, SMART on FHIR, OAuth2/OpenID Connect

 • Integration Patterns: ETL, event-driven, API gateway, microservices, streaming

 • FHIR Server Platforms: HAPI FHIR, Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud Platform FHIR APIs

 • Data Storage Design: SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch), hybrid data models for FHIR

 • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform HIPAA-compliant services.

 • API Management, Containerization( Docker, Kubernetes for deploying FHIR solutions)

 • Ability to develop interoperability roadmaps -for Healthcare customers such as Payers, PBMs, UMs

 • Understands CMS compliance - Specially CMS 0057 and CMS 9115
