Summary

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an IT Project Analyst.

Position type: Full Time/ Contract
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15203, USA

As an IT Project Analyst, you will be:

Work with Program Managers to develop and maintain program-level and project-level plans
Collect, analyze, and validate project-related data including schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc status reports for stakeholders
Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure alignment with timelines
Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Support governance processes such as project reviews, audits, and approvals
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project to manage schedules and dependencies
Leverage ServiceNow (or similar tools) for project tracking, reporting, and workflow management
Identify data discrepancies or risks and escalate concerns proactively
Assist with continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting standards

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or PMO support
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project
Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM/project tracking tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working in an IT PMO or enterprise IT environment
Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $42.00- $49.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
