Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Developer with strong experience in integrations, production support, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Python, APIs, Groovy, and SSIS, along with experience supporting and enhancing ServiceNow environments. Experience in the health insurance domain is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and integrations using Python, APIs, Groovy, and SSIS
• Provide hands-on development and production support for enterprise systems
• Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules and workflows
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues in production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability
• Document technical designs, processes, and support procedures
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional development experience (must have)
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, APIs, Groovy, and SSIS (must have)
• Experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and integrations
• Experience providing production support in enterprise environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active LinkedIn profile required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the health insurance or healthcare domain
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise systems.
