IT Network Manager, Manufacturing OT Security

Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite, domestic and international travel)

Lead the global enterprise network for a multi-site manufacturer running 24/7, and own theIT/OT segmentationthat protects the plant floor. You will lead the network team and work directly with plant engineering, cybersecurity, and executive leadership.

Must-Haves

• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering or operations, including5+ years in network leadership
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on OT/ICS networkingin manufacturing or industrial settings
• DeepPurdue Modelknowledge, including IT/OT segmentation andindustrial DMZdesign
• Strong BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, high availability,SD-WAN/SASE, and next-gen firewalls
• Familiarity with EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET, OPC UA, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA
• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
• Willing to travel and support occasional after-hours changes

What You\'ll Do

• Lead and develop the network team; own standards, budgets, and lifecycle planning
• Direct global WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN/SASE, firewalls, VPN, and UC platforms
• Design and implement IT/OT segmentation and controlled plant connectivity
• Lead OT assessments, asset inventories, and secure vendor remote access
• Partner with cybersecurity on OT monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Stand up networks for new sites and acquisitions; manage carriers and partners

• Fortinet FortiGate/SASE, Cisco/Meraki, Webex or Teams Voice, ZTNA
• ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and OT tools like Claroty, Nozomi, or Dragos
• CCNP/CCIE, GICSP, CISSP, or PMP

What You\'ll Get

• $150,000 to $160,000 base salary
