Job Summary
The Process Control Engineer 3 applies advanced engineering principles to optimize manufacturing and production processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure quality and reliability standards are consistently met. This role focuses on analyzing production methods, capacity, workflow, and equipment utilization to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Apply engineering theory and principles to analyze and improve industrial layouts, manufacturing workflows, and production systems.
Study time, motion, methods, and production rates to establish standards and improve operational efficiency.
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to support quality, reliability, and process improvement initiatives.
Review worker logs, production sheets, and specifications to ensure adherence to quality assurance and compliance standards.
Support production planning by aligning work assignments with labor performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated constraints.
Develop charts, graphs, and diagrams illustrating workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and equipment utilization.
Observe equipment operation and maintenance practices to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
Conduct time studies and fatigue analysis using timing devices and observational techniques.
Analyze manufacturing data and prepare detailed reports to identify deviations from standards and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to create and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and technical calculations.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) required.
2–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial engineering.
Work Environment
Manufacturing / industrial production setting.
Collaborative, fast-paced environment with frequent interaction across engineering, production, and quality teams.
Hands-on involvement with shop floor operations and equipment.
