Senior Network Architect

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Network Architect to design, implement, and optimize large-scale enterprise and cloud network architectures. This role requires deep technical expertise and leadership in modern networking, including hybrid and cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will provide architectural guidance, lead network modernization initiatives, and ensure high availability, security, and performance across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design and architect enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, data center, and cloud environments Develop hybrid connectivity solutions integrating on-premises networks with cloud platforms using VPN, ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN, and SD-WAN Create high-level and low-level designs, reference architectures, standards, and network diagrams Perform advanced configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of routing, switching, and WAN technologies Implement and manage cloud networking services including virtual networks, subnets, routing, and load balancing Apply network security best practices including segmentation, firewall policies, and Zero Trust principles Support and implement network automation using tools such as Terraform, Python, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines Ensure network scalability, reliability, and performance optimization Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical leadership across projects Required Qualifications CCIE certification (Enterprise Infrastructure or Routing & Switching) or equivalent expertise Strong experience designing and managing large-scale enterprise networks Deep knowledge of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, STP, and VLANs Experience with SD-WAN, IPsec VPN, GRE/DMVPN, and enterprise network design Hands-on experience with cloud networking, preferably in Azure (VNets, subnets, NSGs, UDRs, ExpressRoute, VPN, Virtual WAN) Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, and optimized network architectures Experience with network automation using Terraform, Python, or Ansible Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience leading network modernization initiatives Strong customer-facing experience in enterprise environments Familiarity with CI/CD practices in network automation Education: Bachelors Degree
