- Core applications they want this hire to support:
ARCS, FCCS, TRCS, and IDCS. - Small team each person owns 3 4 applications.
- Blend of:
- Production support
- Enhancement/feature development

What They Want in a Candidate
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience in ARCS, FCCS, TRCS (top priority).
- Experience with:
- EPM Automate
- PowerShell (must-have; team is shifting heavily toward PowerShell automation)
- Pipelines / integration pipelines
- SmartView (Excel-based reporting)
- Data integrations (e.g., ERP FCCS)
- Understanding of EPM Integration Agent and Data Management
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, including:
- Ability to work with Oracle when necessary for backend issues.
- Ability to diagnose issues across multiple integrated systems.
Functional + Business Skills
- Needs accounting or finance-related understanding to support applications tied to:
- Financial close
- Reconciliations
- Tax reporting
- Must be able to work directly with internal DTCC business customers.
- Ability to:
- Understand business requirements
- Run design sessions
- Translate issues into actionable work
- Keep business processes running with minimal downtime

Job Description Provided by the Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud (especially ARCS, FCCS, TRCS).
- Manage user provisioning, roles, and security across EPM.
- Monitor performance and resolve application issues.
- Partner with Finance, Tax, and IT to support business processes and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Data Management, Pipelines, and Integration Agent.
- Execute updates, patches, and upgrades aligned with Oracle releases.
- Document configurations and processes; provide end-user training.
- Follow DTCC security and governance standards.
- Support EPM projects and strategic enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in IT, Finance, Accounting, or similar.
- 3+ years of Oracle EPM Cloud administration with strong ARCS/FCCS/TRCS/IDCS experience.
- Strong automation, scripting, and diagnostic skills.
- Proven user provisioning and workflow management experience.
- Experience integrating EPM with ERP/GL systems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (ARCS, FCCS, TRCS).
- Experience with Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs.
- Familiarity with financial close and tax reporting.
Knowledge of SOX and ITcontrols
