Your role
The BUSA Digital Experience Analyst will join the Experience Team within UBS Bank USA to support the Client & Employee Experience Executive Director. The Digital Experience Analyst will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and consistency of digital experiences across UBS banking. This role is focused on defining frameworks, standards, and competitive insights that guide how experiences are built, ensuring they align with client and business needs. The Digital Experience Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to assess the competitive landscape, identify opportunities to differentiate, and drive governance processes that ensure seamless, complaint, and consistent digital experiences across products, platforms, and channels.
Key responsibilities
Define and maintain the digital experience strategy for banking, ensuring it aligns with overall client and employee experience goals and business objectives
Establish and enforce experience tenets and principles to ensure consistency across products, platforms, and channels
Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure digital experiences are prioritized and sequenced based on client needs, regulatory requirements, and business value
Oversee digital experience governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment across products, channels, and workstreams by defining clear standards and decision-making processes to maintain a unified experience
Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to benchmark UBS's digital experience again peers
Translate industry trends and insights into actionable recommendations for product and channel strategies
Partner with analytics and research teams to identify pain points, track adoption, and monitor experience performance
Provide thought leadership and guidance to teams on digital best practices and evolving market standards

Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $105000 to $130000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. UBS will build on its already high-performing Bank and strong net promoter scores with high touch capabilities and further align to the UBS client promise -personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services.
Your expertise
Bachelor's degree required
ideally 4+ years' experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services organization preferred
Deep knowledge of digital banking trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience leading governance processes and ensuring adherence to standards
Ability to effectively multi-task and deliver quality results within fast-paced project deliverable deadline
Proven ability to understand of business objectives, client needs, and data required to deliver on an optimizedclientexperience
Experienceworking in an Agile frameworkpreferred
