StaffRight Associates is sourcing for a multi-billion dollar global technology leader within the chemical sector to identify an accomplished commercial growth strategist. Operating in a fully remote capacity, this high-impact position drives strategic customer engagement, expands market share, and navigates complex technical sales cycles for cutting-edge semiconductor solutions. Partnering closely with global leadership and key industry accounts, the successful candidate will secure major procurement qualifications while positioning next-generation chemical technologies for long-term commercial integration.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect strategic procurement relationships to secure customer commitment for advanced product evaluation, experimental testing, and formal qualification processes.

  • Perform detailed economic and transportation cost simulations for specialized products imported across international operating entities.

  • Negotiate rigorous technical and product specifications directly with client quality assurance divisions to align application requirements.

  • Partner with field sales professionals during early-stage commercial discovery, seamlessly transitioning mature accounts into standardized operational channels.

  • Establish robust operational protocols for material logistics, customs clearance, localized warehousing, and factory handling in coordination with domestic manufacturing, planning, and quality teams.

  • Champion regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to TSCA Regulations, tariff structures, environmental safety protocols, and chemical allowances.

  • Synchronize international business workflows by maintaining active, cross-functional communication with overseas parent company counterparts.

  • Represent the enterprise at premier global trade shows, technical symposia, and standard-setting industry consortiums.

  • Execute nationwide and international travel (~40%) to engage key decision-makers and build enduring commercial alliances.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical discipline (Master’s Degree preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience (7+ years preferred) within the semiconductor sector, with deep domain expertise in Front-End Process Qualification, Chip Fabrication, and Etching Gases.

  • Proven track record in Business Development Programs, Sales Channel Development, Technical Account Management, and Sales Management.

  • Demonstrated mastery in Supply Chain Planning, Regulatory Compliance, TSCA Regulations, Customs Clearance Protocols, Logistics Management, Material Handling, and Chemical Safety Regulations.

  • Professional competency in Cost Simulation, Procurement Negotiation, Quality Assurance Alignment, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Multicultural Sensitivity, and Interpersonal Communication.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Base Salary: $109,000 – $137,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

  • Incentive Compensation: 8% – 12% annual performance bonus potential plus sign-on bonus opportunity

  • Benefits Package: Outstanding, low-cost comprehensive benefits package

  • Work Arrangement: 100% Fully Remote work model (requires approximately 40% domestic and international travel)
