The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is recruiting for an Application Integration Developer on behalf of a premier client. The client needs a builder who can connect systems, data, and teams into one coherent whole. This direct-hire role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States, though the client favors a hybrid arrangement within commuting distance of Orlando, FL or Buffalo, NY. The position also offers a clear path toward a data architect role, which makes it a strong fit for an integration specialist ready to shape enterprise-wide data strategy. The client will not consider corp-to-corp (C2C) or subcontracted candidates.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect application and data integration solutions in C#/.NET, using cloud-native design with an emphasis on Azure.
  • Engineer resilient backend services that solve complex enterprise integration challenges and power reliable data pipelines.
  • Scout emerging data technologies, cloud platforms, and tooling, then advise leadership on which ones to adopt.
  • Unite application, cloud, and infrastructure groups around a cohesive system design.
  • Shape metadata standards, lineage tracking, and master data management alongside governance and security partners.
  • Enforce rigorous quality controls that protect the privacy, accuracy, availability, and consistency of all enterprise data.
  • Convert business needs into actionable technical blueprints, working closely with stakeholders, analysts, and engineering partners.
  • Lead solution design and set technical direction from development through testing and deployment.
  • Tune databases for speed, scale, and cost-effectiveness in both cloud and on-prem settings.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in application or data integration development, with the ambition to step into a data architect role.
  • Advanced C#/.NET Development skills and command of Cloud-Native Architecture, with Azure highly preferred.
  • Deep Backend Development expertise, including fluency in Enterprise Application Integration and Data Pipelines.
  • Thorough knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, backed by a track record in Performance Optimization.
  • Demonstrated success designing integration solutions using Event-Driven Architectures, Streaming, ETL, and API Patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more leading platforms, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric, plus the ability to design scalable, high-performing Data Warehouses and Lakehouses that support analytics.
  • Grounding in Data Quality standards, Metadata Management, and Data Governance Frameworks.
  • Exposure to Real-Time Streaming tools, including Event Hubs or Kafka.
  • Sharp analytical thinking paired with clear communication across global, cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a closely related field.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Base salary: $160,000 – $180,000
  • Direct placement as a permanent hire with the client
  • Remote within the United States, with a hybrid arrangement near Orlando, FL or Buffalo, NY preferred
