Summary
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in agile environments
- Experience delivering API-based, integration-driven, or data platform products
- Strong ability to translate business and technical needs into structured, testable requirements
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on end-to-end feature delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare payer or provider domains
- Familiarity with provider systems, EHRs, or clinical workflows
- Experience supporting external integrations and partner onboarding
- Understanding of API design, versioning, and system integration challenges
- Experience or familiarity with FHIR-based data exchange and healthcare interoperability standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Curiosity: collaborates with business partners to understand their strategy, problems, and goals; works with senior leaders to identify opportunities to implement solutions.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills ; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.
