Job Title: Field Support Analyst Clearance: TS/SCI (Active Required)
Multiple Locations: Hawaii, Japan, District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Illinois, Tennessee, Florida
Travel: Up to 25% CONUS & OCONUS
Position Overview We are seeking experienced operations and intelligence professionals to support mission users through the deployment, training, and optimization of advanced analytical platforms. This role operates on the front lines of user engagement, strengthening operational effectiveness by troubleshooting technical challenges, developing new use cases, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
The Field Support Analyst works directly with analysts and operational teams worldwide, ensuring effective platform utilization while providing feedback to enhance system capabilities. This position plays a critical role in fostering collaboration across a global enterprise and supporting mission success.
Key Responsibilities - Train and mentor users on analytical platforms including Gotham, Gaia, Foundry, Maven and other Analytical/Intelligence platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues in operational environments
- Develop and implement new mission use cases to improve operational outcomes
- Support intelligence and operational teams in solving complex, real-world problems
- Fuse intelligence capabilities to support mission planning and execution
- Provide user feedback to improve platform functionality and workflows
- Deliver briefings and demonstrations to senior military and government stakeholders
- Promote collaboration across geographically dispersed operational teams
- Travel independently (CONOCONUS) to support mission requirements
Required Qualifications Clearance & Mission Experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
- Experience supporting operational or intelligence environments
Platform & Technical Expertise
- Minimum 3.5 years of recent, hands-on experience with:
- Gotham
- Maven, Gaia, and/or Foundry
- Minimum 3.5 years of hands-on training experience (classroom and/or deskside)
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and technical support expertise
- Experience developing operational workflows and mission use cases
Operational & Communication Skills
- Strong operational experience supporting mission execution
- Experience briefing senior military or government stakeholders
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting CYBERCOM or cyber mission environments
- Military, Special Operations, or Law Enforcement background
- Experience fusing multi-source intelligence to support operations
- Familiarity with cyber operations and mission workflows
- Experience delivering intelligence support in operational settings
- Working knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Experience with intelligence software training and adoption initiatives
