This position is a temporary assignment through Aquent with a major healthcare client. Supporting the Lead Product Manager, the Business Analyst will help implement AI-enabled, real-time guidance tools for front-office contact center associates. You will partner with IT, Operations, Readiness, Product, and Agile delivery teams to define, document, and manage product requirements in Azure DevOps (ADO) that drive seamless delivery and operational adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & ADO Management: Gather, refine, and translate business needs into actionable features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Maintain a prioritized backlog in Azure DevOps.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, UX, Data Science/AI, QA, Operations) to align on scope, resolve dependencies, and ensure solution compliance.

Agile Participation: Active participant in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and demos, representing business intent and clarifying requirements for delivery teams.

Operational Readiness & Testing: Assist with associate workflow impact assessments, training inputs, UAT test scenario development, and defect triage to support post-launch adoption.

Tracking & Metrics: Maintain risk, issue, and decision logs; support post-implementation tracking via defined success metrics and operational feedback loops.
Required Qualifications

3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting Agile technology delivery.

Proven expertise writing user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria using Azure DevOps (or similar ALM tools).

Strong track record of facilitating discovery sessions and bridging technical requirements with business needs.

Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and multiple priorities across cross-functional groups.
Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AI/ML, real-time agent assist platforms, CRM, or contact center technologies.

Healthcare, health insurance, or regulated industry background.

Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile), associate journey mapping, or operational change adoption.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
