    Telecommuting: 50% in office, 50% telecommuting biweekly (after 1 month in office)

     

Position Overview The selected candidate will work on enhancements for OMIG''s current systems, which were originally designed for fee-for-service environments. The goal is to update these systems to support Managed Care data and business processes, improving reporting, data availability for recoveries, and overall program efficacy.

 

Day-to-Day Tasks

  1. Attend meetings with program areas responsible for applications impacted by OMIG initiatives.

     

  2. Design and program enhancements for impacted applications using MVC (Model View Controller) and MVC.Core architectural patterns.

     

  3. Design and program user-friendly interfaces using complex data structures and form layouts.

     

  4. Design and program within a .Net environment using Team Foundation Server.

     

  5. Work on Oracle and SQL Server databases, writing various SQL, including stored procedures.

     

Requested Qualifications

  •  

    Qualification 1: 84 months experience with object-oriented analysis, design, and programming (OOA, OOD, OOP) as well as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), N-tier architecture using MVC patterns.

     

  •  

    Qualification 2: 84 months experience programming in C#.net utilizing MVC architecture.

     

  •  

    Qualification 3: 84 months experience developing and maintaining Component One utilities and programming tools.

     

  •  

    Qualification 4: 84 months experience in analysis and design including ERDs, DFDs, Transitions diagrams, etc., encompassing both high and low-level design.

     

  •  

    Qualification 5: 60 months experience designing systems using Oracle or SQL Server Databases, ER Diagrams, Stored Procedures, Indexes, Triggers, Cursors and User Defined Functions.

     

  •  

    Qualification 6: Bachelor''s Degree in an Information Technology related field from an accredited institution.
