Required Experience:
? 8+ years translating complex analytics project intakes and business requirements into actionable plans
? 8+ years explaining complex data initiatives to business users and executive leadership
? 8+ years managing complex Data Analytics programs as a Senior Project/Program Manager
? 8+ years collaborating with business users, analysts, and agency leaders to validate reports and presentations
? 8+ years of strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management experience
? 8+ years using PowerPoint and Visio
Preferred Experience:
? 5+ years leading BI/Data Warehouse projects
? 5+ years with Agile, Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
? 5+ years serving as a data liaison for State/Federal reporting
? 5+ years in Health & Human Services or other regulated environments
? 5+ years with Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives
? 5+ years creating dashboards and reporting visualizations
? 3+ years leading analytics initiatives for a State of Texas agency
? 2+ years training and mentoring staff on data literacy
? MIRP, APD, Business Case Workbook experience
? Responsible AI and AI compliance experience
