Summary

Job Title : Middleware Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration : Long term contract

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of IT experience.
The resource has general and practical understanding of Managed File Transfer functionality in their past 10 career years.
Coding skills in Python, Golang and Unix Shell (bash or sh).
Knowledge of database (any or combination of these Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres or Mongo). Tuning, patching, backup, etc...
Experience in production environments (i.e. follow Change management and other compliances).
ServiceNow administrative skills (troubleshooting users, access controls, data management, etc)
ServiceNow development skills (including Javascript, API management w/JSON, basic database understanding)
The resource has had some administrative responsibilities and has been customer\management facing in the last 5 years.
The resource will be capable of learning and adopting to our L3 on-call model for the MFT Team to take a week rotation every 4 to 5 weeks.
Strong Analytics and problem Solving Skills
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
