BI Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a BI Data Analyst in Westlake, TX.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience in data analysis or data engineering, or a master's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience
* Possess strong expertise in capturing business requirements and translating them into effective data solutions; Ability to define use cases and distill complex concepts makes you an invaluable resource to stakeholders
* Excel at creating user stories and assessing the impact of changes to datasets and data models; Leveraging your solid understanding of agile methodologies, you break down complex initiatives into manageable tasks; Experience with Jira or Jira Align is a plus
* With advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, you independently analyze and wrangle datasets to uncover actionable insights; Exposure to AI/ML approaches and their practical application is advantageous
* You communicate sophisticated concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, consistently making the complex understandable
* A passion for continuous learning drives you to master new skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in data analytics
* Demonstrate strong data analysis and profiling skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive validation scenarios
* Experience working with integrated enterprise data in cross-functional teams, skillfully evaluating alternative solutions and recommending optimal approaches
* Recognized as a proactive problem solver, you excel at unraveling complex data, business processes, or organizational challenges
* You apply best practices in data management and data modeling when designing and building data solutions
* Your communication and presentation skills are exceptional, enabling you to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
* Familiarity with enterprise data lakes and cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake, is highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
