Summary

🚀 Hiring: Senior SAP / E2Open Operations & Support Engineer

📍 Location: Remote – USA (Must support PST hours)
⏳ Duration: Long-Term
💼 Visa: TN – W2 Only
⭐ Experience: 8+ Years

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP, MM, SD, and E2Open.

  • Expertise in SAP IDocs, PI/PO, CPI, EDI/API integrations.

  • Experience in production support, L2 incident management, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, message mapping, and integration monitoring.

  • Semiconductor / Silicon Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle SAP and E2Open production issues and incident resolution.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot SAP–E2Open integration pipelines.

  • Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.

  • Manage system configurations, data mapping, and workflow enhancements.

  • Develop automation scripts and technical runbooks.
