Role - Full-Stack Developer - Junior (.NET 8 with MVC) (2 positions)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using the latest Microsoft technologies. This role requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong emphasis on .NET 8, MVC Framework, SQL databases, and modern JavaScript practices. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and ongoing support, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security of our applications.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable and maintainable web applications using .NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, and related technologies.
Develop robust and efficient back-end services, APIs, and business logic using C# within the .NET 8 framework.
Design, implement, and optimize SQL database schemas, stored procedures, and queries to support application functionalities.
Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., jQuery, or a contemporary framework like Angular/React/Vue.js if applicable to the existing tech stack).
Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks across the full stack.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Implement and maintain automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
Proficiency in .NET 8 and ASP.NET MVC Framework is essential.
Strong command of C# programming language.
Extensive experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of front-end web technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with client-side scripting, AJAX, and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and practices.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and microservices architecture.
