🔹 Role Overview
Seeking a Project Lead 3 / Technical Project Manager to support a data engineering project within an AI adoption program. This role involves cross-functional coordination, managing deliverables, and aligning business, engineering, and AI stakeholders.
✅ Required Skills (10+ Years)
✔️ Experience leading technical projects/programs in data, analytics, and cloud environments
✔️ Strong background in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing (end-to-end delivery)
✔️ Experience managing BI, Big Data, and analytics projects in enterprise environments
✔️ Experience supporting healthcare data initiatives (FHIR, CCDA, HL7 is a plus)
✔️ Working knowledge of SQL & database technologies
✔️ Strong communication skills (translate technical to business stakeholders)
✔️ Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams & vendors
✔️ Collaboration with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business teams
✔️ Experience defining scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics
✔️ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
✔️ Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet
✔️ Strong documentation skills (project plans, charters, schedules)
✔️ Knowledge of cloud platforms & enterprise data systems
✔️ Self-driven with strong attention to detail

➕ Experience in healthcare / regulated environments (compliance, security, governance)
➕ Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe
➕ Healthcare industry experience
➕ Strong understanding of SDLC, IT processes, and enterprise architecture
➕ Excellent consulting & facilitation skills
➕ Customer-focused communication across all levels
➕ Experience in AI / advanced analytics / digital transformation initiatives
➕ Certifications in TOGAF, Cloud Architecture, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
