Journeymen, you will lead the installation, maintenance, and optimization of complex electrical systems that power advanced manufacturing equipment. This role is critical to ensuring maximum equipment uptime, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities \t- Lead the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and controls within a high-tech aerospace manufacturing facility
\t- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in CNC machines, automated systems, robotics, and facility infrastructure
\t- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals with a high degree of accuracy
\t- Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable codes, standards, and aerospace quality requirements
\t- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
\t- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to improve system performance and efficiency
\t- Oversee and mentor electricians and maintenance technicians; provide technical guidance and training
\t- Manage and coordinate outside contractors for electrical projects and upgrades
\t- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, modifications, and inspections
\t- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical systems, energy efficiency, and safety
Qualifications \t- Active Journeymenlicense (required)
\t- 7+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience, preferably in aerospace or highly regulated environments
\t- Strong knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, automation systems, and industrial power distribution
\t- Experience with CNC equipment, robotics, and automated production lines highly preferred
\t- Deep understanding of NFPA 70 (NEC), OSHA regulations, and electrical safety standards
\t- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams and schematics
\t- Proven troubleshooting skills in high-pressure, production-driven environments
\t- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
