Build and maintain structured project plans, track dependencies, monitor risks, and document key updates. Facilitate internal and external status calls, prepare meeting materials, and manage follow-ups to drive progress and accountability. Use reporting tools and templates to track and communicate project metrics, timelines, and issue resolution status. Identify project risks or bottlenecks and escalate appropriately, contributing to solutions that support momentum and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of project scope, changes, and communications to ensure alignment across teams and audit readiness. Support ongoing improvements to implementation processes, templates, and team documentation. Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects with a structured approach, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to defined scope. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving clear communication, expectation management, and issue resolution. Facilitate internal and client meetings, tracking action items and ensuring accountability for project milestones. Identify potential risks and escalate issues proactively, working with leadership and cross-functional teams to mitigate roadblocks. Contribute to process improvements by documenting best practices and identifying efficiency opportunities in implementation workflows.
