As an Identity and Access Management Architect, you will support the program by providing oversight of global IAM programmatic aspects such as executive briefings, strategic initiatives and documents, WBS, IMS, and risks. You will contribute to risk identification, issue resolution, and coordination efforts across technical and non-technical teams. Your role helps ensure alignment with program goals, supports timely decision-making, and maintains continuity of complex program activities. You will deliver structured communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to advance EHR modernization outcomes.
As the Oracle Health Identity & Access Management Architect, you will:
- Partner with client to develop and contribute technical direction to overarching strategy and project plans for Identity, Authentication, and other IAM components as required
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to support program objectives
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation activities
- Prepare documentation, reports, and briefings for leadership
- Support cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain tracking of tasks, action items, and project progress
- Assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution across assigned domains
- Provide expertise for requirements, design, system integrations, overseeing development, deploying, testing, operating, and maintaining to support identity and authentication
- Provide input for New Service Requests and configuration changes related to identity or authentication systems within the EHR or VA enterprise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred for senior or lead roles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze information and support decision-making
- Experience with documentation and reporting
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with productivity and tracking tools
- Previous Federal Health consulting experience preferred
- The ability to travel is an essential function of this role and may vary based on client, enterprise or project needs, with up to 25% travel to client sites nationwide
