We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Plant Mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain crushers, conveyors, motors, pumps, and other plant equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Identify mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions to support production goals.
  • Follow all safety procedures and actively contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize plant performance and equipment efficiency.

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Effective problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and perform physical tasks in a heavy industrial environment.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
